  We have been to Dufresne 3 times now. Since before they were Dufresne. We always ask for Steve. He's The Best! Very helpful and very patient when we had a hard time deciding. I can't find enough superlatives to describe him! We'll be going again tomorrow to get out new washer and dryer!

  One of the things that left a lasting impression was that Ken did not attempt to sell me something I did not need. He was very friendly and engaging.In addition, he knew the appliances that I was looking at well and explained in detail all their features. I liked his personality and the thing that impressed me the most was his integrity. Two months, later when returning back to the store he remembered me and that I had looked at the LG line.
