    Poor service! I came in to see about a nutritionist and never recieved a call back. I think it's because I did not want a membership at that time. Ohh well to bad for you guys!

    Great gym with extensive equipment, optional classes both mornings and evenings, and wonderful childcare. I love the floor to ceiling windows and all the natural light they let in. The staff is friendly and helpful. Bathrooms and equipment are cleaned regularly.

    Just love the Muay- Thai/kickboxing class. Great workouts and great techniques. There is always great people in class. Funny class to be in even if you just go for the workout part of the class.

    great friendly staff, as well as awesome place to be able to incorporate both weight training, and martial arts training under the same roof at an unbeatable price!

    Decent gym with friendly staff. They have a great rowing machine! Sometimes the decorations are a little overboard.
